The Villa, composed by two flats, is situated on a hill near to Olbia, in the tourist resort Pittulongu, and it is 5 minutes by car from the provincial road (SP 82).

The area is extremely quiet, both during the day and at night. The beach is very near (you can see it in the background of the photo number 3 “Landscape”), only 10 minutes  by car and it’s really large and accessible.  It has a sandy bottom  and it’s suitable also for small children.

You can reach the city centre of Olbia in 15 minutes by car and you can find everything there:  shop, supermarket, restaurant, superstore, port, airport…etc…

The flats can be rented from SATURDAY to SATURDAY:
CHECK-IN: 12:00 AM of Saturday you’ll arrive. - CHECK-OUT: 12:00 AM of Saturday you are going to leave.

WARNINGS:

- The flats can be rented separately or to together.
- Pets  are allowed.
- The flats don’t have heating or air-conditioned system.
- The household linen isn’t supplied.
